Strength for life

Improving quality of life for the members of our community through strength.

Strength is not just about how much weight you can pick up and drop!

True strength comes from within.  It courses through your blood, floods your mind and your will and shines on those around you, strengthening them in turn.

This is what strength means at Remedy Kettlebell Club

  • Strength of character
  • Strength of will
  • Integrity
  • Discipline
  • Total body strength

Knowing that the weakest person in the room is just as important as the strongest person in the room, just as the weakest part of your body is just as important as the strongest part.  We are building a community of strength because we know that we are strongest when we’re together.  Our business is stronger, our families are stronger and our community is stronger because of it.

Why Kettlebells?

Kettlebells have been around for hundreds of years. They are small, relatively inexpensive and pack quite a punch when it comes to versatility and results. With the type of resistance training a kettlebell provides you can achieve faster results with a greater impact on your overall health than with more traditional resistance training alone.

This is because we’re performing compound movements in multiple planes of motion, not just up and down like with a barbell.

Kettlebell training not only increases your strength, cardiovascular health and overall fitness, but improves mobility, range of motion and provides limitless variations to keep you engaged and never bored.

With all of the demands on our time these days, kettlebells are the best tool to maximize calorie burn, fat loss, improve lean muscle mass and combine your cardio, strength and mobility training all in one fun, stress-relieving workout

“The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses – behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.”
